The Main Auditorium is our premier event space, ideal for large-scale conferences, lectures, seminars, workshops, institutional events, and special ceremonies. With its spacious seating arrangement and professional setting, it provides a suitable environment for high-level engagements that require both comfort and functionality.

This facility is especially well-suited for academic conferences, policy dialogues, stakeholder meetings, public lectures, and corporate events that involve a larger audience. Once availability has been confirmed, clients will be required to complete a booking form. An invoice will then be issued, after which payment can be made either by bank transfer or at the Accounts Office.

All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Payment must be made at least two (2) weeks before the event date.

  • Cancellation made two (2) weeks before the scheduled date will not attract any fee.
  • Cancellation made within ten (10) days of the scheduled date will attract a charge of 20% of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled date will attract a charge of 100% of the amount paid for one day.
  • Staying beyond the approved hours of the programme will attract additional charges.

Clients are required to pay a refundable deposit of GH₵100.00 per booking to cover any damage or restoration costs, where applicable.
