Dr. Mary A. Cobblah is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Institute of Statistical Social and Economic Research (ISSER), University of Ghana. She contributes to the implementation of research projects by supporting data gathering, analysis, documentation, and the preparation of research outputs. She holds a PhD in Management, with research focusing on Culture, Gender, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management. Her current research examines Youth Employment and the Future of Work.
