Mr. Enoch Adjei is a Research Assistant at the Institute of Statistical, Social and Economic Research (ISSER), University of Ghana. He works with the Retail Finance Distribution (ReFinD) Research Initiative Unit, where he provides vital support to the unit's operational and research activities.
In this role, he works closely with the Grants Manager to maintain grantees comprehensive project databases and track their deliverables. He also supports the Project Director in executing key administrative functions, coordinating project activities, and facilitating communication with external partners and researchers.
He has a background in Statistics and has professional interests in data science and analytics, research methods, and evidence-based policy.
